Kefalonia message board: Solo travel?

       Hi I'm thinking about travelling to Kefalonia by myself in the late summer. Should I get a car, or are there sufficient trips and tours to make sure I see enough of this beautiful island? 

There is soo much information around I would really appreciate first hand advice - places to eat, things to see - how far can I get as a solo traveller?

	Kefalonia is the sixth largest island of the Greek islands. It is a very great place for a peaceful and scenic holiday. It has some of the best views and beaches in the whole region which makes this place too different and unique from others as well.It is the best known beach destination for its very beautiful sandy beaches and clean and calm water.You can hire a private car and get explore all the fascinating beauty of this magnificent destination being as a solo traveler for sure.
